She is a Freelance Mainstream media professional working with both Print and Electronic media (Radio and Television) She is a Fellow of Panos Reproductive Health Media, UK (Ford Foundation Project), K.K. Birla Foundation (The Hindustan Times, New Delhi), and Population Communication Information, New York. She has won awards from the Karnataka Sahitya Academy.

• Ms. Manjula Shastry is a corporate trainer who has a desire to play a part social reformation, especially in women and child issues. Her corporate expertise has helped Saarathi in becoming more efficient. She has driven Saarathi to work with a goal driven approach without compromising on holistic means.

• Ms. Usha Rajeeva has been involved with various spheres of social service right from welfare of under preiviledged senior citizens to bridge education for children in rural areas. She is a consultant to various organisations. She is adept in documentation and reviews. She has been onboard on various projetcs of Saarathi rendering invaluable service
